About Me
My name is Bayley Vang & I am 24 years old. I grew up right here in Wichita, KS and don't imagine ever leaving.
I have always had a knack for planning and decorating, and for years people have been telling me I should turn my talents into a business.
Well... here we are.

I graduated from Wichita State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Administration: Marketing Degree. I graduated in 3 years and was very glad to be done! Throughout college I worked at Moore Flowers here in town and absolutely loved it. I went from cleaning rental products, to processing flowers, to eventually doing large floral installations with one of my best friends. There is something so special about seeing the big picture come together at the end of a long day, and seeing the smiles on brides' faces as they walk into their venue space gave me the push I needed to start pursuing the wedding industry outside of the flower shop.

Since graduation, I have started substitute teaching at my alma mater and nannying full time. I also fell in love with Clean-Crafted Wine and became a Scout & Cellar consultant just months after turning 21 and recently accepted the Wedding Coordinator position at a church in town. I tend to be the person who always has multiple jobs and functions going on at once; but I honestly wouldn't have it any other way.
While the kiddos I watch nap, I get to work on wedding planning or wine slinging! It's very rare to see me doing nothing.

I just got married to my high school sweetheart in 2023, and it was really eye-opening being on the other side of wedding planning! Outside of work I love reading, sitting in the sunshine, watching sports, cooking, crafting, and hanging out with the people I love. Family is the most important thing in the world to me and I made a promise to myself to never work every single weekend. Therefore, if you are wanting a coordinator let me know ASAP!
I love meeting and educating people, and I look forward to potentially working with you. I will take all of my skills and put them to use to make your wedding day as perfect as it can be!

My Role
I tell all my brides that I am here to make your day what you want. When there is a problem that needs managed, a strong-willed character causing issues, or an unavoidable change leading to the reorganization of things- I don't want you to have a clue. I am here to take all the stress off you & your family because I truly believe that your wedding day deserves to be celebrated and embraced fully.

I'm a sweet girl but I can lay the hammer down when need be! I won't let anyone mess with your special day!

You will likely see me walking around a wedding with a large binder full of everything pertaining to your day. I keep this with me at all times because I am a total control freak and want to make sure everything is looking ideal, sticking to schedule, and going on without a hitch!
You can expect to be in contact with me quite a bit because I truly want to understand your vision for the day and make sure I am doing everything possible to perfect that vision + put it in place!
